Where do I start? How do I schedule an consultation?

Call or email us to schedule an initial consultation. We will respond to you within twenty-four hours. Initial consultations are between thirty to sixty minutes long. After the consultation, we will send you a confirmation email, along with a quote for our services and client agreement. Once you sign and return the client agreement and submit payment, we will begin our work.

How long will it take to complete my résumé?

It takes five to seven business days, excluding holidays.

Do you need a résumé to begin work?

If you do have a résumé, email it to Jenniferlee@resumeshape.com

If you do not have a résumé, then you will need to complete the online questionnaire which is on the website.
