getting started

1.      Initial Consultation – When you contact us, you’ll be offered a free consultation in which we will discuss your current job situation, learn more about what you would want to accomplish, and get a scope of your writing requirements. After the initial consultation, we’ll be able to provide you with a price quote. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with what our services offer and understand what to expect from the entire process.

2.      Getting Started – Once you have decided to begin, we will send you a confirmation email with some general information, price quote and client agreement. If you have a current résumé, you may then forward it to jenniferlee.irvine@gmail.com

If you do not have one, then you can complete our online questionnaire. Once payment has been submitted, we will begin the process of creating and editing your résumé.

3.      Interview and Resume Creation – Your résumé writer and career coach will contact you to schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview, we will discuss your current job search, career background, and future career goals. Next, we will develop a high-quality résumé highlighting your background, a draft of which will be emailed to you within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

4.      Delivery of Final Documents - Upon receiving your résumé, you will have the opportunity to work with your professional résumé writer on any revisions or changes that may be needed. When you are 100 percent satisfied with your résumé, we will send you the final documents in MS Word and PDF format.

5.      Career Coaching – During this entire process, we will also include a thirty-minute career coaching session free of charge. We will schedule this session with you at a mutually convenient time.
